Race pictures...I have been trying to keep up with photos of the races that I have been doing and the friends/family that have been running with me...it's been a lot of fun watching the board on the wall grow with pictures and medals!!
Bay Bridge Race...before! This was one of the best races I ever ran..my first 10K.
Before and after pictures. I work with trainers for 8 week "cycles" this is a before and after from Sept-October..not too bad!
